NASC ID: N25279
Name: arr3,4,5,6,8,9
ABRC stock number: CS25279
Description: Sextuple mutant with insertions in ARR3, ARR4, ARR5, ARR6, ARR8 and ARR9; kanamycin resistant; Intermediate petiole length between arr3,4,5,6 and the wild type (suggesting complex interactions between these genes); roots are shorter and have significantly fewer lateral roots than the wild type in the absence of exogenous cytokinin; increased cytokinin hypersensitivity in seedling root elongation, seedling lateral root formation, hypocotyls/ shoot initiation and leaf senescence delay; decreased sensitivity to red light compared to wild type..
