Description: Produced by crossing parent CCR2:LUC W1 (deposited with this stock: 9808) to the lhy-21, cca1-11 mutant (stock N9380). Non-segregating LUC+ line selected. Homozygosity of the mutations verified by morphological phenotype and PCR. N9380 was produced by crossing two mutant lines from the Wisconsin T-DNA knockout collection. The CCR2:LUC W1 parent carries a fusion of CCR2 (AtGRP7, At2g21660) upstream region to the LUC+ firefly luciferase reporter gene (from Promega), as described in Doyle et al. (2002) Nature 419: 74-77.
