The Affymetrix service

Thank you to all of our customers and other users that supported the NASC Affymetrix service and NASCArrays for more than 10 years (2002-2013). CEL files from NASCArrays are available to download.

Some analysis hints

• We recommend R/Bioconductor - free analysis software - for most users on a budget.
• We also use/recommend Partek (commercial).

• We have made a Bioconductor oligo() run-through available for beginner-users of Ara-Gene-ST chips.
• We can still get involved in analysis of your data (on a collaboration basis) as many NASC staff are trained in Partek and Bioconductor.

NASCArrays

All files are available to download - This includes raw data from the Affymetrix machine, including CEL files.
