Description: Morphology similar to tfl2-1 and tfl2-2; early flowering; rosette leaves are smaller than wt or tfl1; reduced plant height (shortened internode length); premature termination of the main inflorescence with the formation of a terminal flower structure, causing the early release of numerous secondary inflorescences; early senescence; altered glucosinolate profile in leaves, seeds and roots; increased sensitivity to clubroot disease (Plasmodiophora brassicae); thermosensitive; reduced Hsp90 expression; increased tryptophan content in seedlings, reduced tryptophan oxidizing enzyme in seedlings; altered auxin (indole acetic acid) metabolism.
